Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Barefeet SA. If you are not happy with your product, please review our returns and exchanges policy below:

Returns

Unworn and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or the incorrect product was shipped by us.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to an incorrect order, we will gladly ship you a corrected order at our expense. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to arrange for the exchange.
Sizing Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, the client will be liable for the shipping fee associated with sending the replacement pair. Please ensure that the shoes are in unworn and original condition for size exchanges.
